KRIHS signs an MOU with Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST)

On May 4, 2022, KRIHS and the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) signed an MOU for cooperation. Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to formalize a non-exclusive framework of cooperation and to facilitate collaboration between the parties to explore the promotion of joint activities in areas related to land governance activities in urban and rural development. Both the GDPC (Dr. Cheonjae Lee) and the Department of Land and Property Sciences at NUST (Prof. Uchendu Eugene Chigbu) will play key roles in operational support between the organizations. To strengthen collaboration on global land governance, the GDPC will continue to support developing countries in their urban and rural development efforts through consulting, training programs, and planning based on KRIHS’s more than 40 years of knowledge and experience.
