초록

This report is the result of a collaboration between the World Bank and the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS), under the guidance of Maitreyi B. Das and Se Hoon Park, and a team comprised of Ahmed Eiweida, Youn Hee Jeong, Yuna Chun, Eun Ji Ju, and Guido Licciardi. Background case studies contributed greatly to this report and were developed by Se Hoon Park, Youn Hee Jeong, Yumin Joo, and HaeRan Shin. The global framework context in Chapter 1 was contributed by Ahmed Eiweida and Yuna Chun.
