2024 KRIHS World Campus

The KRIHS World Campus is a knowledge-sharing program focused on Korea’s land development experience. This year, KRIHS is hosting the 2nd KRIHS World Campus, running from September 23 to October 31, 2024, following the success of the first session in 2022. This program covers a total of 14 subjects, including 4 new topics supported by UN-Habitat The program is designed to enhance the trainees’ understanding of land development knowledge while showcasing case studies of best practices in Korea.

The program received applications from diverse sectors, with 82 trainees selected from 33 countries based on high qualification standards. These trainees are professionals from international organizations, government institutions, academia, and the private sector. In particular, the program aims to provide opportunities for participants from developing countries to learn from Korea’s development experiences and apply these insights to their own contexts. Additionally, it contributes to creating networking opportunities among various nations.

The KRIHS World Campus includes live sessions that allow trainees to communicate with lecturers to facilitate in-depth discussions and knowledge acquisition, thereby enhancing engagement. Outstanding graduates may have the opportunity to further their knowledge through an invitational capacity-building program in Korea.
