Overview

The KSP project is an international cooperation initiative aimed at sharing KRIHS's development experience and knowledge in the land and urban sectors to support the development of partner countries and establish a foundation for economic cooperation. This project has the highest performance records.

Since the project's target countries exceed the category of ODA recipient countries, it is easier to develop projects with middle-income countries such as Mexico and Uruguay, which are the main objectives of the invited training programs for follow-up project discovery.

Based on Korean development experience in the land and urban sectors, we have submitted KSP proposals in five areas (housing, industrial complexes, smart cities, establishment of national institutions, and policy evaluation).

Project Description

Submitted six proposals:

3 for the government of Rivera Department in Uruguay

1 for the National Secretary of Housing and Habitat (SENAVITAT) in Paraguay

1 for the Financial Corporation for Territorial Development (FINDETER) in Colombia

1 for the central government of Afghanistan (MUDH, IDLG, ARAZI) and the World Bank

Impacts and Benefits

Implementing documentation for potential follow-up projects, including those under KSP.

Preparing a work guide to generalize the tasks of discovering and supporting follow-up projects.
