Overview
In relation to "Global Development Cooperation Capacity Building," attended a working meeting with Lao government officials and conducted on-site inspections.
Participated in a working meeting with the Power Export Projects Management Division, the central division of the Department of Energy Management under the Lao Ministry of Energy and Mines, to discuss current issues related to Laos's water resources and explore future cooperation plans.
Conducted site visits to significant operational and planned hydropower dams, key points along the Mekong River and its tributaries, and major hydrological observation stations to review conditions and issues for the interconnected operation of dams.
