[Application Guide] 2024 KRIHS WORLD CAMPUS

The Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS) is pleased to announce the 2024 KRIHS World Campus (KWC). KWC continues to serve as a key platform for sharing knowledge on Korean territorial planning, development experiences and enhancing international development capacities. In 2024, in addition to the existing courses, KWC is preparing to launch new online courses with the support of UN-Habitat. These new courses will provide insights into Korean best practices in national-territorial and urban development, offering valuable lessons especially for developing countries.

ž Application Period: August 01, 2024 – September 10, 2024

ž Training Period: September 23, 2024 – October 31, 2024

* Applications should be submitted via Google Forms or email

ㅇ Venue: Online Platform

ㅇ Eligibility

ž A bachelor’s degree or higher in fields related to the course subjects*;

ž At least 3 years work experience in a related field is required;

ž Proficiency in English (fluency required, test score is not required)

* Course Subjects: Territorial Planning, Balanced Territorial Development, Urban Planning, Housing, Land, Industrial Complex, Transportation Infrastructure, Water Resources, Geospatial Information, Environment, National Urban Policies, People-centered Smart City Approaches, Urban-rural Linkages, Metropolitan Management.

** Korean nationals are excluded.
